Brookland Foundation

The Brookland Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in 1994 to extend outreach efforts throughout the Midlands of South Carolina. Recognizing a spiritual mandate to improve the community, the members of the Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia authorized an initial $100,000 endowment to establish the Foundation. Over three decades later, the organization has continued to evolve by expanding its reach and increasing its impact.

As the community outreach arm of Brookland, the Foundation operates various programs and outreach initiatives aimed at addressing hunger and homelessness, providing emergency financial assistance, promoting educational achievement, and advocating for health equity.
