With rising costs, teachers will continue to face increased pressure as safety nets for their students who may struggle to purchase school supplies. You can help us close the gap and provide essential supplies to teachers in our partner schools, creating better learning environments for students throughout the Midlands.
Ready, Set, Supply supports the more than 9,000 students who attend the 17 Title I schools served through United Way's Midlands Reading Consortium. 30%-85%+ of students in these schools are economically disadvantaged, and many families struggle to afford basic necessities.
