Meals on Wheels recipients are the elderly and disabled adults in our community who cannot maintain an adequate, healthy diet, either because of transportation or financial constraints. Nearly three-fourths of our clients are at or below 200% of the national poverty level. Without meal delivery, many of our clients would be forced to choose between paying for food, or for medication and household expenses.
Join us for contactless delivery to clients! Volunteers are needed to help deliver hot meals to recipients throughout Richland County.
Route pickup is from 10:45 -11:45 am. Deliveries should take no longer than an hour.
