Empower 1 Empowering All Mentoring Program is all about growth of the youth at South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. We want to assure that someone cares for them and believes in them in every area of their lives. They matter and whatever challenges they face, we will be able to help mentor them through those challenges into great young men and woman.
