WIP volunteers are needed to provide snacks for the children enrolled in the Homeless No More Summer Camp. Volunteers will each be individually assigned one snack item to bring, and will stay to serve the snack to the children! Schedule and themes below:
Wednesday June 19 3:00 PM Snack - Camp Theme: Space Exploration
Thursday June 27 4:00 PM Snack - Camp Theme: Smiling Faces, Beautiful Places
Tuesday July 23 3:00 PM Snack - Camp Theme: Safari Adventures
Tuesday July 30: 3:00 PM Snack - Camp Theme: Treasure Hunters
VERY IMPORTANT:
All volunteers must complete the Homeless No More volunteer form, linked here. Please submit your completed form to Sarah Brennecke at least 3 business days prior to your shift. Because volunteers will be working with the children, individuals will not be permitted on site unless they have submitted this form, releasing their information for a SLED background check. Volunteers with a current SLED background check (in the past 3 months) may choose to submit their documentation instead. The cost of the background check is $8. We greatly appreciate your assistance in keeping the children safe! Volunteers are asked to please pay for their own background check, if they are able, here.
