Who We Are
The results of the 2020 Census will help determine how vital federal funding flows into our Midlands community for the next decade. That funding shapes many different aspects of every municipality, no matter the size or location.Think of your morning commute: Census results influence highway planning and construction, as well as grants for buses and other public transit systems.
The results of the Census also determine the number of seats South Carolina will have in the U.S. House of Representatives, and are used to draw congressional and state legislative districts.
Currently, only 57% of Richland County residents have completed the 2020 Census. Do your part to volunteer and help get the word out to our community about how important it is for everyone to complete the (EASY!) online Census form.
What We Do
We need help with a few tasks such as, but not limited to; phone banking, Census flyer/Promotional item handouts at events, and supply drop off/pick up
