Vision Statement Our vision is a world where young girls are confident, resilient, and equipped to lead with purpose. Purpose Statement Empowering Girls Mentorship Program is a non-profit organization that motivates, inspires, empowers, and guides young girls (ages 10-18). Through unwavering support and empowerment, they will break barriers, achieve their dreams, and positively impact their communities. These girls will have the ability to think critically, embrace challenges, and pursue their passions fearlessly—creating a future where their voices, talents, and potential shape a more inclusive and equitable world.

Our monthly weekend workshops include trans-formative sessions that cover a diverse array of topics. Tailored to provide an immersive, hands-on experience for our girls, our expert facilitators and a supportive environment, offer a safe space for our girls to express themselves, learn from one another, and build lasting friendships. Topics for these sessions include but are not limited to: Long & Short-Term Goal Setting Grooming & Hygiene Health & Nutrition Communication Conflict Resolution Healthy Relationships Stewardship College & Career Readiness
