Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center is a private, not for profit, community health care system that offers primary health care services to families of the Midlands of South Carolina. For more than 30 years, we have been serving patients in Columbia, South Carolina and throughout Richland, Lexington, Fairfield, and Newberry counties. We provide high quality care in the spirit of the Good Samaritan, caring for everyone in any way we can.

Our medical services are intended to nurture the health and well-being of everyone in our community – all ages, all backgrounds, and all abilities. We have more than 50 highly qualified providers who specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral medicine, podiatry, dental, and developmental pediatrics.
