Who We Are
The Brookland Foundation mission is to improve the lives of people by developing and promoting efforts to enhance their spiritual, emotional, physical, social and economic well-being.
What We Do
The Brookland Foundation service to the community includes the following: Tutorial Program - Onsite tutoring on Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00 PM -7:30 PM Homeless Outreach Program- provides emergency financial assistance, shelter, and food Health & Welnness- provides free mammogram screening and , Sports Physical, Annual Health Fair free services such as blood screening, workshops, and motivational speakers to talk about topics that is related to health.
