Glass Half Full Music Fest is a new music festival event located at City Roots Farm (1005 Airport Blvd, Columbia, SC 29205) on September 22, 2018. The event will benefit Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands, and needs lots of volunteers for various shifts and duties. Each volunteer gets great perks! Below you will find important information for all potential volunteers:
About Glass Half Full Music Fest: GHFF is an all-day celebration of craft brews, southern cuisine, as well as eclectic live entertainment featuring National and Regional Acts. Some of the acts include The Movement, The Magpie Solute, Keller Williams and much more. The event goes all day on September 22, from 10:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. at City Roots Farm. Volunteer Work: GHFF will have different stations set up for volunteers and the shifts are split between the morning, afternoon, evening, and late night. Stations include: will call/ticketing, entrance/VIP (scanning tickets/bag check), beer ticket tents and ID check, clean teams, and main stage assistance (need to be able to lift 50 lbs for set up). Incentives: Each volunteer will receive a special wristband as well as a comped ticket for themselves AND one for a friend, a volunteer t-shirt, and one comped meal ticket. These things will be provided at a meeting a few days before the event, or at a check-in area prior to the volunteer’s sign up time. * If/when volunteers choose to stay for the event, they will need to bring a change of shirt to wear when not on duty. (You must be sober during your shift!)
