Volunteers are needed for meal pick up and delivery with Meals on Wheels. Pick up time is between 10:45 & 11:30am and deliveries will take about an hour. Senior Resources is now offering contactless pick-up and delivery. This means you will not have to come into direct contact with the clients nor do you need to exit your vehicle to pick up the meals. They offer a brief orientation that can be completed prior to your delivery or on the same day. We do ask you read the attached file before hand to familiarize yourself with the process and procedures.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Facemasks
- Adequate amount of hand sanitizer to disinfect & clean hands before the distribution of each meal and immediately after
- 2 Cooler bags and/or coolers (1 for hot items and 1 for cold items)
