Serve and Connect would provide additional support at two of the main gates during the rush of attendees. If you are not familiar with this event: they host around 40,000 in a gated festival in the Five Points neighborhood. They have four entry gates for admission to the ticketed event. Groups would come in from 1pm - 5pm and help with ease of flow from buying a ticket to getting a over 21 wristband to admission to the festival. There are groups that work these gates all day and we will be adding additional support.
