Help WIP bring some smiles to the children living at Family Shelter and Saint Lawrence Place this Halloween! Volunteers are needed to supply treats and stuff festive bags for 50 children participating in Homeless No More programs. Volunteers will spread out in the large conference room at United Way of the Midlands (1818 Blanding Street).
Volunteers are asked to:
- Bring a sweet treat (or fun surprise like a small toy, toothbrush, etc.) to help fill Halloween Treat Bags for 50 children
- Stay and help stuff treat bags! (This is optional. Max 10 volunteers)
*If you prefer to drop-off your treat donations and do not wish to stay, please contact Sarah Brennecke to schedule a drop-off time. Do not complete this form.
*In-person volunteers must wear a mask at all times and must comply with 6-feet social distancing regulations.
*NO peanuts, please!!
*All food items must be individually wrapped.
