Description

Help Women in Philanthropy put a smile on the children and teens being sheltered at Palmetto Place this holiday season, by participating in a special holiday pot luck dinner on December 21!

14 volunteers are invited to prepare and drop-off your choice of a starch, a vegetable, protein, dessert, paper products, or another special surprise for the kids! Once registered, volunteers will receive a sign-up sheet via email. First come, first served!

Volunteers are asked to drop their meal items off at United Way of the Midlands (1818 Blanding Street) at 5:00pm on Monday, December 21. Volunteers will be present to receive the meal items and transport to the secure facility, so please plan to be prompt!

Palmetto Place Children and Youth Services provides a safe and supportive environment for children and teens who have faced abuse, abandonment, neglect and/or homelessness. To learn more, visit: Palmetto Place
