Colder temperatures are quickly approaching, and The Salvation Army of the Midlands is in need of volunteers to help serve dinner to the homeless and hungry at the Rapid Shelter Columbia OVERFLOW.
Rapid Shelter Columbia Overflow, formerly the Inclement Weather Center, is located at 191 Calhoun Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
- Volunteers should plan on arriving at 6PM for the dinner shift
- 3 volunteers are needed for the dinner shift
- Volunteers will be located in the kitchen behind Plexiglas
This is a stand by shift, where you may or may not be needed. You will be notified the day of if your service is needed or not. You will notified via text by Sheldon Paschal, YLS Director.
